Camcontacts is good because it's CHEAP!
It's almost as cheap as
imLive's Happy Hour
($0.98/minute)
which costs around $1.49/min but that means you are
not restricted to 1 or 2 "Happy-hour" guys only.
Yes, they are both group chat's price. If
you want to go one-to-one in CamContacts you have to
go for the One2One exclusive which costs only about
$1.8/min. Much cheaper than other 1-on-1
private chat sites which charge $5 to $6/min!
Besides One2One, they also have CamToCam which
means the guy can see you, the same way that you can
see him, provided that you have a webcam installed.
I think it's more fun seeing that it doesn't cost
too much extra.
The Brits are not very good at promoting their
site. They never tell you that the first 30
seconds video chat is free (though the minimum
charge is 1 minute). Any freebies are welcome!

You will be billed every time you spend $20 to
$40 or over a period of time. Billing is quite
discreet. No Sexy Hot Gay Webcam Chat, your
credit card statement will be billed as CC Network
and a confirmation email will be sent to you every
time you spend. It's safe for everybody and
once again show how prudent the Brits are.
Problems with CamContacts
I do have a problem with CamContacts though.
I signup two months ago and I forgot about it.
When I logged in again I found that they have frozen
my account. I wrote an email to them and it
was resolved quite quickly after a few confirmation
emails.
There is another problem, which I heard from
others that, there is apparently a limit per credit
card on how much you can spend. If you spend
beyond that limit, your credit card will be frozen.
You then have to send them this "Extended Credit
Agreement" to reactivate your account. Or you
can simply switch to another card and wait for the
old card to unfreeze in 6 months' time. Dumb policy!
